You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mybos88 will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. mybos88 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials.
mybos88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request KYC documentation at any stage. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. KYC review periods typically complete within 1–3 business days.
mybos88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The following payment channels are supported for MYR deposits:
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for MYR payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player tier.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to your Account wallet in real time. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.
All payment methods used to deposit funds into your Account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mybos88 reserves the right to reject deposits and reverse transactions where the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit confirmation. mybos88 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between the time of initiation and the time of confirmation.
Players may withdraw Real Funds (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, scheduled maintenance, bank holiday periods, or where additional verification is required. mybos88 will communicate any material delays via the Account notification system.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. Players who have reached a higher VIP tier enjoy elevated withdrawal limits. Contact our support team for tier-specific limit information.
mybos88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and to the general provisions of this section.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional page or notification. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
mybos88 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom in the following circumstances:

All games available on mybos88 are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.
In the event of a demonstrable system, software, or hardware malfunction that affects game outcome, mybos88 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the corresponding wager to the Player's Account. mybos88 is not liable for paying out winnings derived from a system error or software fault.
mybos88 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures, device failures, or power interruptions on the Player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before initiating high-stakes rounds. Where possible, game state is saved server-side and may be resumed upon reconnection.
All sports bets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other markets — are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. mybos88 reserves the right to void bets affected by errors in odds publication, event cancellations, or force majeure events.

mybos88 may immediately suspend or restrict access to an Account — without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests are typically actioned within 24 hours. Any Real Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
Where an Account is closed by mybos88 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings attributed to bonus play will be forfeited. Real Funds may also be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
All content on the mybos88 Platform — including but not limited to software code, design elements, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of mybos88 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of mybos88.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mybos88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
mybos88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mybos88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance.
Gambling involves financial risk. mybos88 is not liable for any financial loss arising from participation in games or sports betting activities. Participation is entirely at the Player's own risk. Past winnings do not guarantee future results.
mybos88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mybos88 is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority.
In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with mybos88's customer support team via live chat or email. mybos88 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 20 business days.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
